Among the cases reported in Volume 115 are the 1998 decision of the Supreme Court of Canada concerning whether Quebec has the right to unilateral secession from Canada, the 1996 judgment concerning the preliminary objections in the case concerning the Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Bosnia and Herzegovina v. Yugoslavia) and the 1997 Order on Counter-Claims, and the 1996 decisions of the United Nations Human Rights Committee.
