By keeping a copy of selected books from your range in stock at our warehouse Aphrohead finds that sales increase as one of the key reasons buyers select certain titles over others is long delivery times. Frequently titles which are not in stock at our warehouse can only be offered with 7-14 day delivery times, a significant increase in sales can be achieved by being able to offer same day free shipping to our customers.

Aphrohead emails sales reports & inventory data monthly which includes the following.

• Unit sales this month (to date) along with unit sales for the previous month,
  available in CSV format.
• Current stockholding data available in CSV format.
• Payment amount: This is the amount we have paid to you for the applicable months sales if there is no vat due. Publishers with a vat element chargeable should refer to payment terms.

Aphrohead is already experienced in all aspects of online order fulfillment. Participation in our Advanced program allows Authors & Publishers to easily grow sales without the need for worrying about delivering direct to customers, packaging, mailing systems or expensive phone & credit cards order handling. Aphrohead.com offer FREE worldwide delivery so you can be sure that your titles will be available to a worldwide network of book buyers.

Aphrohead will email monthly sales & inventory reports between the 7th & the 10th of each month to the suppliers nominated email address. If no vat element is due the payment amount stated on the report will be sent via BACS by the 15th of the month to the suppliers account as detailed on the account application as long as the payment amount is over £250. In the event of this amount not being reached the payment amount will rollover through to the next month with the payment being made once this is reached.

For VAT registered sellers, we require that an invoice be generated based on the sales data we supply. Upon receipt of this generated invoice the amount due will be paid within 15 days via BACS.
